`tokenizer_config.json` doesn't have the "chat_template"

In the tutorial, the apply_chat_template is used. However, the tokenizer_config.json doesn't have a "chat_template" field, so when I try to call tokenizer.apply_chat_template I get an error.
Please, provide the chat_template as you did on Fsoft-AIC/XMAiNframe-instruct-7b
