Spaces are not launching at all now, everything seems to be stuck, builds are not progressing, builds are just stuck, can someone take a look and fix it please?

Hi - I believe I am also experiencing this issue but only on a select few of the spaces I have within my organization.

Are there any Spaces that can be made public? I may not be able to solve the problem, but I may be able to identify it.
