There are quite a few things that are not explicitly prohibited in Spaces. If a particular library is included, Spaces may not start without question, and in the worst case scenario, it may even lead to your account being banned.
Anyway, since I don’t know anything about the source (almost in Secrets…), I can only talk about it in general terms…
Also, there is nothing special that paid users are given preferential treatment for in Spaces.
