Dear Ms. Wagner,

I am writing this email with regard to
explain my opinion whether the new pricipal
must make some new changes about my
school.

Firstly in my school I think that they
should make some changes. However, the
students must not talk to the class.
during the lesson. Mobile phones should be
banned during the school, because I think
most students don't concentrate at the school
otherwise if someone has a mobile phone
must be go to the principal and get
punished. Furthermore, all students must not
be allowed talking and making noise at
the class because they are many students
who want to concentrate at the school and
learn some things.

To sum up, In my opinion the 
changes should be done because the
school not only it will get a good
repuptation but also it might be
better for the students parents and teachers
