| It is my belief that a space just like the | |
| one you are suggesting is needed for our town. | |
| since teenagers have nowhere to go with their | |
| friends, therefore I think that it is necessary | |
| construct a park that will be open all day | |
| and every day. | |
| In addition a place such as this one should | |
| include activities such as a skating park for | |
| the general public, or a playground where | |
| younger citizens will be able to spend their | |
| time. We also ought to build it in a place | |
| where the noise won't affect any older citizens. | |
| Taking all the above into consideration, | |
| this space is going to be useful and if | |
| you manage to create such an distinguished | |
| park you might attract the outer public, | |
| which may help on some of our citys financial | |
| problems. | |
