Do you see yourself as a leader? Please explain with examples. ,I am a leader. I work hard and do things right. I buy in to what the coach wants from me and the team. I talk to guys that want or seek help from me and always be positive. I continue to keep pushing the guys that need to be. I see potential in some guys that dont have drive so i try to talk to them and let them know bro you can do this and just let them know you can go wrong if you give your all. You might fail in here in the weight room or running you wont fail if you continue to push yourself to want the best for yourself.
What's your routine like on a game day? ,Show up to the field around 9 if the game starts at 1. I just chat with the guys that start to come in and get ready. Then might play some fungo golf or play some hacky sack. Two hours to game time i usually start to condition my glove with glove conditioning. I throw airpods in and listen to some music or motivational videos to get me in the right mindset. Go out during bp and field some groundballs.

In a game i gave up solo shot in the 4th inning. That hit put the score within one. The next batter i struck out and stopped the momentum.
Runners on first and second with one out. I got a groundball to get a double play to end the inning in a tight game.
"
"Which coach, teacher, mentor has had the biggest impact on your life? Explain why/how.",I wouldn't say there's exactly one but i will say the one that has been there for me. Ty Reese he has helped me become a man off the field. He doesn't stick up for the bull crap he honest and id rather be honest then a person that doesn't tell you straight forward. He helped me a lot with growing up mentally on and off the field. I respect him for taking the time to believe in me and teach me things in life.
What are three of the biggest challenges you’ve confronted outside of sport? Explain how you’ve applied the lessons learned from those challenges.,I worked in the construction field. I went in thinking i knew everything and let me say i did not and learned very quick to shut up and listen or watch. Uhm i have used this in many ways. like to watch how people act in certain places and watch the reactions from other people. I don't like to bring myself a whole lot of attention. I listen to people who are talking to me and listen to what they have to say if they are trying to help me or are smarter then me.
