As a development management professional, I have leveraged my expertise in program design,development, implementation,management, and design thinking to improve rural livelihoods, health, and nutrition for national and international non-profit organizations. I have worked on various thematic areas and collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that works at scale. Through my work with organizations such as PRADAN, Freedom from Hunger, and Welthungerhilfe - Civil Society Academy, I have contributed to scaling up global initiatives to new geographies such as Uganda, Malawi, Nepal, India, and Bangladesh. In particular, I have managed and expanded health & nutrition projects for multiple states and contributed to the development of learning products on behavior change communication. Moreover, I have applied my knowledge in system design to institutionalize over 1000 Self Help Groups (SHGs) for income enhancement, strengthening agriculture practices, and building livelihood support infrastructure through leveraging government schemes and benefits. I am B.Tech in Bio Technology from NIT Allahabad and MBA from FMS Delhi.
