This is the Finnish GPT3 XL model (https://huggingface.co/TurkuNLP/gpt3-finnish-xl/) finetuned for simplification. Finetuning was done according to these instructions: https://github.com/spyysalo/instruction-finetune. The instruction for simplification is "Mukauta selkosuomeksi".
